Ashmont Gin has a pleasant aroma, with citrus, herbal and fruity notes, and a slight raspberry accent.  Beautifully juicy and crisp. On the tougne you can discover many sweet notes of apples, and herbs (like juniper). In the finish, sourness appears, in the form of a green apple, a lot of thyme, coriander, subtle pink pepper and light cardamom.
