Organic semi-aged red wine
 
“Laertes, king of Ithaca, took refuge in the cultivation of vines to bear the pain of the loss of his son Ulysses, who had left for the Trojan War. They met 20 years later in the beautiful vineyard.”
 
Varieties: 50% Graciano, 25% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha.
 
Aging: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
 
Selected harvest from the best plots, collected in 12-13 kg boxes. 50% of the Graciano variety gives complexity to the structure. The three varieties are mixed to make the blend before bottling.
 
Deep purple in the centre, bluish at the edge. Very aromatic, with a hint of wild blueberries. Very bright wine with a long finish on the palate. With firm tannins that give it a very good structure. It is a tasty and relaxed wine.
