Peacock Chardonnay
Crisp, lively Chardonnay with hints of pear and apple. Stainless steel fermented and aged on secondary lees for 8 months. A great wine at a great price. Superb when paired with lightly seasoned fish, veal, poultry and cheeses.
Summer Blush
Imitated by many but never duplicated. This semi dry Rose is made with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with a unique subtle strawberry flavor. Refreshing and simply delicious with light Summertime foods.
Winter WhiteThis is an off dry blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Cayuga. Semi sweet and refreshingly well balanced with floral aromas and a lush mouthful. Enjoy chilled, as an aperitif, or with a wide variety of foods including summer salads and shellfish.
Sweet Scarlet
Full bodied but with a hint of sweetness, this off dry wine is great chilled or at room temperature. Serve it with barbecue foods, hamburgers, Italian foods, and spicy cuisine. Add some to your red sauce for added flavor.
Pythagoras Red Table Wine
